Stari most


Stari most is the eponymous landmark of the city of Mostar in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The bridge spans the Neretva a little above the mouth of the Radobolja and connects the more Muslim eastern part with the more Catholic western part of the city.



Kravica Waterfalls

The Kravica waterfalls are located near the village of Studenci in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are among the most famous attractions of the Ljubuški municipality and are protected. The Trebižat river falls here over a 120 m wide slope between 26 and 28 meters.

Baščaršija

The Baščaršija is a bazaar and the historic city center of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo. It was created in the 15th century when Isa-Beg Ishaković founded the Ottoman city below the settlement of Vratnik.


Jahorina


The Jahorina is a mountain range in the east of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It stretches from Trebević on the southern outskirts of Sarajevo over 30 kilometers to the Prača valley cut northwest of Goražde. The Jahorina is part of the Dinaric mountain system. Its highest point is the Sjeništa at 1913 meters above sea level. J. The western part of the mountain is protected as the Jahorina National Park.

Latin bridge


The Latin Bridge is an Ottoman stone arch bridge over the Miljacka in Sarajevo city center. In the days of Yugoslavia it was named after Gavrilo Princip, the assassin on Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The assassination attempt on June 28, 1914, which is believed to have triggered the First World War, occurred at the northern end of the bridge.



Vrelo Bosne

The Bosna spring is the karst spring of Bosna in Bosnia and Herzegovina embedded in a public park. The source and park are located in the municipality of Ilidža in the Bosnian canton of Sarajevo, about 15 kilometers west of Sarajevo's city center.

Mehmed-Paša-Sokolovic-Bridge

The bridge over the Drina or Mehmed Paša Sokolović Bridge in the city of Višegrad in Bosnia and Herzegovina was built from 1571 to 1577/78. It has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2007.


Sebilj


The Sebilj is a public fountain in the form of a kiosk in the middle of the market square called Baščaršija in the old town of Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The name is derived from the Arabic word Sabil, which denotes an oriental fountain that was usually built into the outer wall of a mosque in the Ottoman Empire.


Cathedral of the Sacred Heart

The Sacred Heart Cathedral is a Roman Catholic episcopal church in the Stari Grad district of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo. The Sacred Heart Cathedral is a neo-Gothic basilica with a semicircular closing choir in the north and a double-towered portal facade with a rose window in the south. The furnishings with white marble sculptures and stained glass windows rich in figures have largely been preserved in their original form.



Pliva-Waterfall


Vrelo Bune


Vrelo Bune, also called Bunaquelle, is a karst spring in Blagaj, south of Mostar in the south of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the strongest source in the country and one of the largest in Europe.


Štrbački Buk


The Štrbački Buk is a 24.5 meter high waterfall of the Una River, which at this point forms the border between Bosnia and Herzegovina on the east and Croatia on the west side of the river. The waterfall is located near the villages of Kulen Vakuf and Orašac, which belong to the municipality of Bihać. It consists of several waterfalls located close together. The Štrbački Buk is part of the Una National Park and is the largest of the local waterfalls.
